Vantage Enterprises, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Vantage Signals app. This policy describes how we handle your data.

Data We Collect

• We do not sell your personal data.
• When you create an account (email, Google, or Apple), your login details (email, name and username) and your account settings (plan, push token) are stored on Firebase servers.
• By default, your app data (paper trades, watchlist, alerts, preferences, course progress) is stored locally on your device only, not on any server.
• The one exception: if you're signed in, while a paper trade has a stop loss or take profit, or a limit order is waiting to fill, its details are stored on our server so we can close or fill it and notify you even when the app is closed. They're removed once the trade closes.
• Premium users who enable Cloud Sync have their app data securely stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore, tied to their account. This can be disabled at anytime.
• If you enable push notifications, your device push token is stored on our server solely to deliver notifications. You can disable this at any time.
• Guest users have no personal data on our servers, only an anonymous sign-in ID. Everything else is local and deleted when the app is removed.
• If you subscribe to Premium on vantagesignals.app, we store your Stripe customer ID and your subscription's status and renewal date on your account, so the app knows you're Premium. We never receive or store your card details.
• Users who create an account can delete their account and all associated cloud data at any time from Settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription: cancel it first at vantagesignals.app/account (or in the App Store / Google Play). Stripe keeps the billing records it is required to keep by law.
• We use no tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs. The iPhone app sends crash reports to Firebase Crashlytics so we can fix bugs (see Third-Party Services).
• We do not collect location data, contacts, or any biometric data, and we don't use advertising or tracking identifiers.

Community Chat

• The app includes a public Community Chat feature. Messages you send — including your username, message text, and any GIFs — are stored in our Firebase database and are visible to all app users.
• Do not share personal, sensitive, or confidential information in chat.
• Chat messages may be moderated or removed at our discretion to maintain a safe community.
• GIF search is powered by the Giphy API. When you search for GIFs, your search query is sent to Giphy. No personal data is shared with Giphy.
• Community Chat is a premium feature. Guest users cannot view or send chat messages.
• Support tickets you open are private chat rooms visible only to you and our staff.

Vantage Bot (AI Chatbot)

• Vantage Bot is an AI-powered chatbot available in the Community Chat. When you mention @vantagebot, your message text and recent conversation context (reply chain) are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing.
• Only the message text within the conversation thread is sent to Gemini — no usernames, emails, account details, or personal data are shared.
• Vantage Bot responses are generated by AI and are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice.
• Vantage Bot is a premium feature. Only premium users can interact with the bot.

Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google) — Used for user authentication, cloud database, and server-side functions. Your email, name, and push token are stored in Firebase. Privacy Policy
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — iPhone app only. If the app crashes, a crash report is sent with the device model, iOS version, app version, the technical details of the crash and a random installation ID. It contains no name, email or account details. Privacy Policy
• Expo — Used for push notification delivery and over-the-air app updates. Only your push token and device platform type are shared. Privacy Policy
• Google Sign-In — Optional authentication method. We receive your name, email, and profile photo. We do not receive your Google password. Privacy Policy
• Apple Sign-In — Optional authentication method. We receive your name and email. We do not receive your Apple password. Privacy Policy
• Stripe — Processes subscription payments made on vantagesignals.app. When you check out, Stripe receives your email address and the payment details you enter. Your subscription is linked to your Vantage Signals account. All payment and billing data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never receive or store your card details. Privacy Policy
• TradingView — Interactive stock charts are displayed using an embedded TradingView widget in a sandboxed web view. TradingView may use its own cookies and local storage within this sandbox. No personal data from the app is shared with TradingView. Privacy Policy
• Giphy — Powers GIF search in the Community Chat. Only your search query is sent to Giphy. No personal data, account info, or device identifiers are shared. Privacy Policy
• Google Perspective API — Used to detect toxic or harmful language in Community Chat messages. Only the message text is sent for analysis — no usernames, emails, or personal data are shared. Privacy Policy
• Google Cloud Vision API — Used to automatically screen images shared in Community Chat for inappropriate content (SafeSearch). Only the image is analyzed — no usernames, emails, or personal data are shared. Data Usage Policy

This Website

• If you join the waitlist on this website, we store the email address you enter so we can tell you when the app is available. We use it for nothing else, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].
• You can sign in at vantagesignals.app/account with your app account to subscribe to Premium or manage your subscription. Accounts can only be created in the app; signing in on the website never creates one.
• Signing in uses Firebase Authentication, which keeps you signed in by storing a session token in your browser until you sign out.
• Checkout and billing pages are hosted by Stripe, which uses its own cookies for security and fraud prevention.
• This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and loads no third-party fonts.

Cookies & Tracking

• The app itself does not use cookies, web beacons, or tracking pixels.
• The embedded TradingView chart widget may set cookies within its own sandboxed web view. These cookies are isolated from the rest of the app.

Your Rights

• Delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.
• Toggle push notifications on or off at any time.
• Enable or disable Cloud Sync at any time (premium).
• Cancel your subscription at any time at vantagesignals.app/account.
• Use the app as a guest, with no personal data on our servers.
