1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Vantage Signals app, operated by Vantage Enterprises, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this app.

2. Description of Service

Vantage Signals provides stock, options, and crypto trade signals, paper trading tools, educational courses, calculators, a public community chat, and market data for informational and educational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

• You may use the app as a guest or create an account via email, Google, or Apple Sign-In. Accounts can only be created in the app.
• You can sign in at vantagesignals.app with the same account to subscribe to Premium or manage your subscription.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription; cancel it first.

4. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• You agree not to redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from this app.
• You agree not to use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the app or its data.

5. Community Chat

The app includes a public Community Chat. By using it, you agree to the following:

• All messages are public and visible to every app user. Do not share personal, private, or sensitive information.
• You must not post spam, harassment, hate speech, threats, or any illegal content.
• You must not impersonate other users, moderators, or Vantage Signals staff.
• You must not post financial advice or claim to guarantee returns. Chat is for discussion only.
• We reserve the right to delete messages and suspend or ban users who violate these rules without prior notice.
• Chat messages are stored in our database and may be retained for moderation purposes even after deletion from the chat view.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, educational material, designs, and code in this app are the property of Vantage Enterprises, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Subscription & Payments

• Some features require a premium subscription, managed on vantagesignals.app (billed by Stripe), the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store.
• Premium on vantagesignals.app is a monthly subscription billed by Stripe. It renews automatically each month at the current price until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time at vantagesignals.app/account. Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, cancellations or deleted accounts, except where the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, Premium may be paused until the payment is resolved.
• Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are billed and managed by that store, under its terms.
• Promotional discounts apply only as described in the offer.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vantage Enterprises, LLC and its creators shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or adverse consequences resulting from the use of signals, tools, educational content, or any other features in this app. Use at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
